Chums & Cherubs custom make each product for you and can therefore not accept exchanges or returns.

If you have opted to include text on your charms, we will choose colors and a font to match with your photo. Since all our items are custom made we cannot accept returns or exchanges after our design and production stage has been completed.

Chums & Cherubs jewelry is handmade to order and can therefore take up to 7-10 days to be designed and handcrafted. We take your order in process as soon as it is placed and aim to ship it as soon as possible.
